Untitled (Dissolve), 2023 – Private Collection, London
Helen Helga’s artworks reflect her ongoing search for inner stillness through forms of quiet, yet profound expression.
Using warm, grounded tones that echo her connection to nature, her paintings invite viewers into an emotional experience
where colors, lines, and forms become vessels for invisible threads: now made visible. Her work explores the interplay
between natural simplicity and artistic depth, guiding the viewer into a state of contemplative resonance.
Born and raised in Reykjavík, Helen has lived and worked in Copenhagen for the past 16 years. A self-taught artist with
over 25 years of creative exploration behind her, her works have been exhibited in galleries across Copenhagen and
collected by private clients internationally.
Helen’s art is shaped by a deeply personal longing for connection: with the land, with the moment, and with the silent
spaces that lie beneath language.
